Delivery

All our plants are sent mail order in pot sizes ranging from 1 litre to 5 litre unless otherwise arranged. Direct contact may be necessary for larger more mature specimens.

We hope to dispatch your order as promptly as possible but please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. We will notify you when your order has been sent. Please ensure you have left your correct contact details and please inform us of any dates not convenient for delivery.

We will offer an all year round delivery service but obviously when dealing with live plants, especially out of season, there may be occasional issues with weather or availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any orders which we feel are not feasible.

If there are any issues or problems with delivery please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Postage

Correct postage will be applied at checkout. Seeds and other accessories may incur a lower postage rate depending on the amount ordered.
